4. EQUIPMENT FINANCE AGREEMENTS (EFA)
   For customers that do not want to lease, Latitude offers EFA’s. An EFA has the benefits of a loan but with flexibility similar to a conditional sales contract. The title transfers to the end user and Latitude has a security interest in the equipment.
   
5. START-UP PROGRAM
   Leasing options for companies in business from 0 to 2 years. Up to $35,000 available for qualified vendors and lessees.
   
6. MARGINAL CREDIT PROGRAM
   For customers that do not qualify for “A” credit pricing, Latitude offers alternative terms and pricing for customers that qualify under our marginal credit program
